I tried yoga today and it was quite a workout! Every joint in my body cracked during the one hour session. My TNT teammate, Erin, is a seasoned pro and she made it look effortless. I, on the other hand, felt like toppling over, or just totally uncoordinated. The instructor, Laura, is a picture of grace and flexibility. Although I felt like a total klutz, I really enjoyed the session. It was a good challenge for me and I hope it will improve my flexibility and alignment over time.
I'm trying to shake up my workout routine this winter. My focus will be more on core and flexibility, and mix it up with cardio.
