Okay, I've completed a full marathon in 2005 and hiked the rim of the Grand Canyon in May of 2006, so now what? Well, its no rest for the weary...so I'm back on Team in Training's run team this summer. But I'm no fool, I'm training for a 1/2 marathon this time.

A Perfect Day!


A worthy cause, inspirational people and a stunning location provides for a winning combination! Lori and I participated in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure 5K today and it was powerful! With the Golden Gate Bridge as a backdrop, we were among 5,000 or so who enjoyed the Crissy Field/Presidio scenery. What amazed me was the sheer numbers of survivors and those going through treatment who participated. Lori is 3 years in remission and from now on, we plan to participate annually!!
