Team Incredible!

This is our new team moniker! We were christened by our honoree, Brenda, at the Winter season kick-off event, which was...incredible! I have nine participants to mentor this season with their fundraising and training. All nine runners are wonderful and dedicated people and I'm honored to work with them. Not surprisingly, they are all faster than me :-)

Last Saturday's 2 mile run at the Ironhorse Trail in Danville was my first run since Nike. I actually felt good to be back on the asphalt again. Off the couch, again.
