

Started this blog a little late. Been training since early June and despite aches and pains and being one of the slowest runners on the planet, the experience, thus far, has been worth it. I've also been cross training 3 days a week with my fab, but merciless trainer, Scott. He has no pity and I keep my whining to a minimum. Ran a 5K on July 4th and a 10K in early August. (Photo is from the 10K) Finished both times!
